Dear parents,
Here are a few these that happened this week and things to be looking forward to.
We had a Bike Safety assembly on Wednesday morning.
The guys ended their solar system unit by going to the planetarium and enjoying freeze-dried ice cream (that Jason brought in).
The guys did a TERRIFIC job presenting their “Famous American Women”.
Today, look for a note telling the particulars about the BIG PLAY!
Next week, folders will be coming home after Dr. Trusty reads them.
Sports Equipment Drive
As a reminder, Calvert's Spring Sports Equipment Drive will take place from Monday, April 2 – Thursday, April 5. We are looking for any used or new sports equipment to donate to Child First Authority, to use in after school programs for Baltimore City Public Schools. Great equipment to donate would be girls’ lacrosse sticks, baseball gloves, yoga mats, and white karate uniforms. We are also looking for the following items: boys’ lacrosse sticks, tennis rackets, squash equipment, and used professional sports jerseys.
Thursday, April 5th is Baseball Dress Down Day with Orioles (black, orange, white) or Favorite Baseball Team…Jeans are aloud!
School is closed next Friday, April 6th.
